When selecting Track mode all assistant are off but such driving mode is mean for the non street driving.
This presents a dilemma to some BMW enthusiast who find their OEM steering wheel boring and are looking to upgrade their steering wheel for a Performance Package Steering Wheel. BMW offers a nice sporty alcantara performance steering wheel but it is not available with the Driver Assist Professional option.
