Our Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can get your money back with no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 3-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the product (or service) during the first three days after purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Returns
All items are made to order and thus not eligible for return. However, if the item is defective or arrived damaged, an exchange/refund is eligible within 15 days of receiving the product. To return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.
Cancellation
Every order will be manually reviewed by one of our agents. Once details are confirmed a cancellation can not be made.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@azaautowheel.com

We will provide a return label for return if applicable domestically. **(Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a return label for International )shoppers.
